Each product contained within our Baggies has an expiration date.
Most of our products such as jams, preserves, flours, yeasts and pasta have a long shelf life (over 12 months) and this is easily visible on each package.
Vacuum-packed products such as aged cheeses and salami, once the Baggie has been received, we recommend keeping them in the refrigerator. To enjoy them at their best, we advise you to remove the vacuum-packed wrapping, wrap them in a cotton cloth (a sheet of kitchen paper is fine too!) And consume them after leaving them for a few hours at room temperature.

There is no minimum spend on our site.

Our products come from Italian suppliers, which have been carefully selected.

You can also decide to send the Baggie directly to whoever you want and combine a personalized greeting card! To do this, complete the order, select the ticket you want and enter your wish before proceeding with payment!

Delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the destination and the type of Baggie. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with tracking to track your shipment at any time with the courier of reference! Due to the health emergency, deliveries may be delayed according to the regulations in force, which may differ depending on the shipping area. The reasons for the delays also include strikes and any other cause not attributable to Baggie S.r.l.s.

Generally shipments are made from Monday to Thursday, this is to avoid leaving the Baggie in storage for too long at the depots of our couriers.

Delivery costs vary according to the total amount of the order and the country of destination. For Italy, if the amount is less than € 80.00, the shipping costs amount to € 8.90, while if the amount is greater you can take advantage of free delivery.

We ship throughout Italy and the European Union.
If you want to ship a Baggie to a non-EU country or to another continent, send us your request to info@baggie.it.

If you have realized / or that you have ordered a Baggie by mistake or want to change the already validated order, write an email to info@baggie.it within the following 4 hours.

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards.

We use payment platforms that include automatic fraud monitoring. All payment information is protected and is not used in any way by Baggie.

If you are unable to make the payment, do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to info@baggie.it, if possible by attaching a screenshot of the error message screen. We may then ask you for additional information to help you resolve the problem.

Once you have entered the products in the cart, enter your discount code in the appropriate box.
Once applied, you will see the cart amount update and you can proceed with the payment.

Discount codes cannot be combined.
